BAU BADAN ANDA MENGGANGU,JANGAN GALAU...

Apa jadinya kalau di tengah keramaian, bau badan Anda terasa menyengat? Sudah pasti orang akan menghindari dan memilih teman bicara yang lain. Bau badan memang mengganggu. Bahkan, sebagian orang, meski pun sudah mandi beberapa kali sehari tetap saja punya badan yang lebih cepat bau.

Bau badan bisa muncul karena dua zat, yaitu asam propionat atau asam propanoat dan asam isovalerik. Asam propionat atau asam propanoat adalah penguraian propionibacteria. Bakteri ini berada di saluran kelenjar sebasea orang remaja dan dewasa. Kalau sudah bereaksi, baunya seperti asam cuka. Sedangkan, asam isovalerik menyebabkan bau badan seperti keju yang dipengaruhi oleh bakteristaphylococcus epidermidis.

Untuk mengatasi bau badan, berbagai tips berikut ini layak untuk dicoba.

• Minum rebusan air daun sirih sehari sekali.
• Konsumsi tiap hari minimal tujuh lembar daun kemangi.
• Hindari mengonsumsi makanan berlemak atau pedas.
• Kurangi minuman yang mengandung kafein.
• Minum air putih sebelum makan apa pun di pagi hari.
• Untuk menyamarkan bau, gunakan parfum spray.
• Timun bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi bau badan.Tinggal tempelkan irisan timun ke  sumber bau
• Konsumsi makanan berserat seperti biji-bijian, gandum, olahan  kedelai, dan sayuran hijau.
• Kenakan pakaian berbahan katun agar keringat lebih mudah terserap dan tidak segera bercampur dengan bakteri. Tapi, sebaiknya segera ganti baju begitu keringatan.
• Bilas ketiak dengan cuka apel untuk mengurangi pH kulit dan menghilangkan bau ketiak.
• Baking soda bisa dipakai untuk mengurangi keringat di kaki dan ketiak.

Maka dari itu kali ini merahitam akan membagi sedikit tips cara menghilangkan jerawat secara tradisional, dengan biaya yang terjangkau, terutama untuk pelajar yang lagi memasuki masa puber. Ok langsung saja simak cara menghilangkan jerawat di bawah ini:

• Bawang Putih
  Ada dua pilihan dalam menggunakan bawang putih untukmenghilangkan jerawat. Pertama dengan menumbuk dua atau lebih bawang putih hingga cukup halus lalu dioleskan ke bagian wajah yang berjerawat. Diamkan selama 10 menit lalu bilas. Sedangkan cara kedua adalah dengan memakan satu atau lebih bawang putih setiap hari. Banyak yang mengatakan kedua cara ini cukup efekktif, namun bagi kalian yang tidak menyukai bau bawang putih mungkin lebih baik menempuh cara yang lain. Jangan khawatir masih banyak cara alami lainnya yang akan saya jelaskan di bawah ini.
• Putih Telur
  Bagaimana caranya? Mudah saja. Pisahkan kuning telur dan ambil putih telurnya saja. Kocok sebentar lalu oleskan ke wajah dan diamkan selama 15 menit. Putih telur ini akan membantu mengurangi minyak di wajah yang seringkali menyebabkan timbulnya jerawat.
• Pasta Gigi
  Satu hal yang perlu diingat disini pasta gigi yang digunakan adalah yang bentuknya pasta(seperti Pepsodent) bukan yang bentuknya gel(seperti Close Up). Caranya hampir sama denga kedua cara di atas. Oleskan pasta gigi ke jerawat dan bagian lain di sekitar jerawat tersebut sebelum tidur. Biarkan semalaman/sampai pagi kemudian bilas dengan air bersih.
• Lidah Buaya
  Ambil satu daun lidah buaya, potong beberapa bagian, kelupas kulit luarnya, oleskan di bagian yang muncul jerawat, dan ulangi melakukan cara ini tiap pagi dan sore. Jika kalian cukup telaten, jerawat mungkin akan dapat mongering dan mengelupas selama 3 hari. Selain itu lidah buaya juga mampu menghilangkan bekas jerawat yang membandel. Sekali lagi kuncinya hanya satu, TELATEN!
• Tomat
  Buah yang satu ini selain bagus untuk kesehatan mata juga cukup efektif menghilangkan komedo hitam(blackheads). Yang pertama harus dilakukan adalah mengiris tomat menjadi dua lalu oleskan ke seluruh wajah yang berjerawat dan biarkan selama 15 menit – 1 jam kemudian bilas.
• Lemon/Jeruk Nipis + Air Mawar
  Lemon, jeruk nipis dan buah-buah sebangsanya mengandung citric acid yang sangat kaya, dimana citric acid ini sangat baik untuk memindahkan sel-sel kulit yang mati yang bisa menyebabkan jerawat. Caranya yaitu dengan mencampurkan jus/perasan lemon dengan air mawar kemudian oleskan di wajah dan biarkan selama 10-15 menit. Setelah itu bilas dengan air hangat. Penerapan terapi ini secara rutin dan konsisten selama 15 hari akan memberikan hasil yang cukup luar biasa(sudah banyak yang membuktikan, termasuk saya).

Semoga tips cara menghilangkan jerawat ini bermanfaat buat sobat semua. Jangan lupa hal yang paling penting adalah melakukan usaha penyembuahan untuk menghilangkan jerawat di atas secara konsisten dan teratur. NokiaHasil survey mengatakan bahwa, satu
dari tiga ponsel yang ada ternyata tidak
pernah dikunci atau diberikan kode
pengaman tertentu. Hal ini menyebabkan
banyak sekali kasus kejadian data hilang
atau dibuka oleh orang lain tanpa
sepengetahuan pengguna oleh orang lain.
Untuk melindungi ponsel agar tidak di otak
atik orang lain memang diperlukan kode
pengaman, tapi masalahnya bagaimana jika
kode pengaman tersebut lupa? Tentu saja
sangat merepotkan dan jika kita salah
memasukkan kode maka secara otomatis
ponsel tidak dapat dipergunakan karena
terkunci oleh kode tadi kerusakan seperti
ini yang disebut dengan Phone lock.
Jika Anda mengalami masalah seperti ini
tidak perlu panik, karena ada beberapa
langkah awal yang dapat dilakukan untuk
mengatasinya yaitu dengan cara:
Masukkan kode standar yang biasa
digunakan yaitu 12345, 1234, 0000. 000000
dan 000000000. Jika belum berhasil, coba
lakukan dengan angka bebas. Anda gak
perlu khawatir melakukan kesalahan
memasukkan kode kecuali ada tampilan
peringatan batas uji cobanya, dari
pengalaman biasanya terdapat pada ponsel
Siemens. Khusus untuk ponsel Samsung
bisa dilakukan reset EEPROM langsung
dengan memasukkan kode *2767*2878#
dalam kondisi ponsel hidup tanpa
menggunakan simcard.
Jika belum berhasil juga maka Anda dapat
membawanya ke service center untuk
membuka Phone Lock. Umumnya langkah
perbaikan dilakukan dengan cara software,
